REOPENING OF COMPETITION
· The Reopening of Competition will involve all 20 consortiums.
· Minimum requirements will apply to all candidates.
· Award criteria will follow a 70% quality / 30% price weighting.
· The Technical Annex becomes a critical document.
· Defining minimum requirements and award criteria properly is essential.
A well prepared Technical Annex can make the difference.
